[NOT BUG] No charisma gain during club gatherings

Any mods in your game ?

No mods, and it is all my clubs so far (In 7 different households, where each member is in at least one club). I can gain charisma during gatherings if I use mirror interactions. Just not when doing friendly socials (charisma is not green in the skills tab, no bar filling up over the sims head, and no eventual skillups). I haven't tried starting a new save, but the 2 saves I have both have the issue. One save is my usual playsave, which has been previously modded, but the save I use for testing builds I don't think has ever been modded.

In case it matters, all my clubs have friendly socials as an encouraged action, and mean socials are disallowed. All other club actions vary between clubs (well, no woohoo allowed with members of the same club is a rule they all have in common too, to prevent constant same gender sauna woohoo, as a result of the encouraged friendly socials.)

I will try a new save, and report back.

Ok, it didn't take long to create a fresh test save, and no one was getting charisma with the 3 activities previously  listed used as club rules. This was actually really easy to test as the sims have no skill, and didn't get the first point in charisma no matter how long they chatted. So I removed the friendly socials from the activity list, and got skill ups right away.

EDIT: To clarify, it is friendly socials with "everyone" that I used as club rule.

Thanks @EuphorialQueen. I can't believe I have misunderstood that part for so long. That is what I get for usually using friendly interactions to build relationships, not charisma, and just usually see charisma gain as a bonus. I must have consistently used unmarked options when testing, and just happened to use a marked one for the 2 sims I tested after changing the club rules.
