[NOT BUG] Roofing disappears when entering live mode

I am experiencing a problem with the roofing partially disappearing when I enter live mode.  When I am in build mode, everything looks fine, but when live mode is entered, the tops of the roofing disappears.  The section under the eaves stays and is visible, but the roof top texture is gone.

This has happened on different sized lots.  

This has happened on roofs where there are multiple parts.

    It's not a bug... . As Alourra said in build mode when you have walls cut away the roof is showed but in live mode the roof will automatically disappear, to see the roof in live mode you must get to the highest level of your building and make walls up 🙂

    How do you build walls up and build walls without it cutting?

    @JG3Sims4 Make sure you have the "Walls Up" view selected while you are in build mode:

    Note that walls/roof will only show on the level you're on plus those below, so to see the entire structure, make sure you've clicked the up arrow (to the left of walls up selection) all the way.

    2019 Sept 10th.  Building on a residential lot in Windenburg.  The lot was called Summer House.  Same problem.  Roof disappears in live mode.  2 story house with roof.

    Ah... walls completely up.  Roof shows up.

    @AnnyttaWhat? I have this problem and I am confused what do you mean by " you must get to the highest level of your building and make walls up"?
