[NOT BUG] Sylvan Tree has no 'Talk to' interaction

I keep going to the Sylvan Tree but, even at level 9 in Gardening, the only interactions available are 'View' and 'Water'. I'd really like to visit the Sylvan Glade, and this is frustrating me.

    I had to "view" the tree for my sim to get the "water" option.  After watering it a few times, the "talk" option showed up.  Hope it works for you.
