@EmptyMH Was the Sim really pregnant or was the baby just generated ?

Thanks! So far I haven't noticed another instance of this in my other households.
I'm not actually sure if there was a pregnancy with the NPC. I found out about the baby between the two sims when I got the pop up that basically says "Thought you'd like to know I had our baby"
