@chloeisabella97 I've checked your save and I'm not 100% sure I checked the right neighborhood for the NAP but the one where the bar is in where you currently have a Sim DOES have Roughhousing
The NAPs are always per neighborhood and not per world.
Let me know if I checked the wrong lot.
