NPC Sims fighting randomly

@Wndblwz I'm going to merge your thread as OP never came back to say if I checked the correct thing and the thread is still in the bug forum.

To be sure, or you it's NPCs only as well and you're also not playing in Windenburg ?

      Always at the Residential Rental but she was mass jumped at the movie studio as well. Sims lined up to fight her.
