NPC Sims fighting randomly

@Wndblwz Do you have the fighting on that residential rental lot or somewhere else ?

@crinrict , The Sim who keeps getting jumped just showed up on a lot as I was playing another Sim. Within minutes she was jumped. I checked her hidden traits and she has the Curse of Unwarranted Hostility (trait_Curses_PunchableFace). Also, yup, she's a witch. I'm removing the trait and will edit this comment with results.

    @crinrict , I agree. It is an absolute mess. I gasped every time she was jumped.
