@crinrictPretty sure it's the same issue.
One of my affected babies seemed to go back to normal somehow as someone in the thread you linked also said. Also the needs seem to work normally (decay and also can be attended to).

I tested this by moving an unaffected baby to the household inventory and yes the issue seems to be that after going in and out of inventory the babys icon gets stuck in the state it was in when going into the inventory. In my case, asleep.
Though I cared for the baby (feed, cuddle etc), the "zzz"
keeps floating from the crib and the icon color doesn't change.
Tried to reset object (debug) with testingcheats to ko avail. Nor does trying to move baby back in and out of inventory again help. Moving, travelling: no difference.
So no playing with babies until this is solved then. :,(
