[OPEN] 'Be in a dirty environment' want cannot be fulfilled

Product: The Sims 4Platform:MacWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)What is your current game version number? 1.91.205.1220What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game, Desert Luxe Kit (I have all packs except first fits but the others are presently disabled). Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a slob sim. Wait until they get the want to 'be in a dirty environment'. let the grime build up. Repeatedly have them take out the trash and cancel the action, leaving piles of garbage on the floor. let the dirty dishes build up. Confirm that all non slob sims get a negative environment moonlet whilst in the room. have slob sim spend time in that room, and observe that the want does not get fulfilled. What happens when the bug occurs? an unfulfillable want is generated by my sim and won't go away. It cannot be removed and eventually my sim will have a fear of unfulfilled dreams. I assume this happens because slob sims are not affected by dirty surroundings, making it impossible for this to be fulfilled. What do you expect to see? Either get rid of this want entirely or modify it so when a slob sim with this want is in a dirty environment, the want will be fulfilled. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Hi! This is by far not my only issue with wants, which unfortunately cannot be turned off (which is a whole other story..) but unlike unfulfillable musical genre listening wants, I haven't found a workaround. It's annoying because it would be a really easy way to complete a sims desire and prevent them from feeling out of control of their life. Please EA see the issues we're all having with the broken want/fear system and at least let us disable it in the settings. thanks!

Yes, this makes me regret using the "slob" trait. I've never used it before and figured I would try it out but my sim is now always depressed and angry. I used the cheat (with cheats already enabled just pressing shift and clicking on item and clicking "make dirty") to make the counters, sinks, appliances all dirty and its still not working. I will try the trash and see if that works too but so far nothing has worked to satisfy that want. Its annoying that you can't remove it.&nbsp;

Yup. Had a kid with it, peed on floor, ruined the tub, sink and toilet with her as hygiene at 0. Nada. Did your way, nada, They need to explain this "find or trash a room" business cause we did that and nada, It shouldn't be that hard to complete...unless you have a butler watching their every move. lol

Yes, I too have this issue. My slob sim lives in the middle of smelly dirty diapers and trash piles and still the want won't be fulfilled. It makes me sad ☹️
