I'm having the same problem right after the neighborhood progression update, tried everything in this thread with no sucess.
@maria_ana24 Are you using scenarios ? Have you ever used mods ?
Yes to both questions but I've already deleted all my mods and the mods folder so the game could create a new one. I also never have used UI Cheats, I've read past topics about glitches on the interface that was caused by that mod.
- @maria_ana24 Have you tried the factory reset mention in this thread and then try if it also happens on a new scenario save ?
I did the factory reset, new saves are fine but the problem continues if I start a new scenario. Not only the UI broke but I realize the progress is not being saved.
