[OPEN] Build menu disappears sometimes

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion: Cottage living, snowy escape, eco lifestyle, discover university, island living, seasons, cats & dogs, city living, get to work. Game: Werewolves, dream home decorator, realm of magic, jungle adventure, vampires, dine out, spa day, outdoor retreat. Stuff: Paranormal, tiny living, my first pet, laundry day, fitness, bowling night, perfect patio, luxury party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter build mode on any lot. From live mode or from manage worlds
What happens when the bug occurs? All of build mode is broken. The entire build mode UI is gone (nothing at the bottom of the screen) and the top right options are broken. It's impossible to do anything after entering build mode and your only option is to exit the game. The lots I tried build mode on were specifically in Moonwood Mill and Willow Creek.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the functioning build mode UI and functioning top right options.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest game patch that introduced the attraction system.
