[OPEN] Build menu disappears sometimes

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.85.203.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except bowling stuff pack and a few kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into build and buy mode and then re-enter live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? All of the bottom controls go away: the play, fast forwards, personality panel, ect. You cannot click on anything in the world either to have your sims do anything
What do you expect to see? Me being able to access the panel and play my game in live mode after leaving build mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the patch on March 15th, game version 1.85.203.1030. It has happened every time I leave build/buy mode and I have to force exit the game every time since I can do anything. It has happened every single time since I updated the game yesterday.

I have repaired my game, removed mods and then repaired the game and kept my mods out. It keeps happening and is making my game unplayable. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like when it happens. 

Update as of April 6th, 2022: After the new update, it still happens. It happens in multiple saves and new saves I create. The save it happened in first I had the Honeymooners Senario active. This glitch does not happen at all until I enter the build and buy mode and leave. I still cannot play my game.

    @Maddi4743 I merged your post but are you using scenarios ?

    Please also update your game to see if it still occurs with an updated game.

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Werewolves, Get to Work, Seasons, Island Living, Paranormal Stuff, Vampires Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Cats and Dogs, Up all Night, Life of the Party, Holiday Celebration Pack, Awesome Animal Hats
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a new family, CC or not into a furnished or blank lot. switch from live mode to build mode. The screen should be empty with no ability to build or sell items. If you switch back to Live mode you'll be unable to interact with your sims and they'll be left standing in place, full autonomy or not. Trying to quit the game in ANY other way other that ALT 4 will result in a purple screen and your game freezing. yes I've removed my mods in hopes that was my issue, as well and checking for corrupted files. Neither is my issue.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Build mode is completely blank, I can only move previously placed things on the lot. My inventory of objects is missing and I cannot sell items either. If I try to switch out of build mode live mode starts but I'm unable to interact with my sim or anything in the game. My sim is stuck in one place and I won't move, even with full autonomy on. Trying to hit the 3 dots to close the game does not the first time, clicking it a second time turns my screen blue and freezes my game ultimately leaving me to have to ALT 4. The only thing that works currently is the create A Sim menu.
    What do you expect to see? When I try to quit my game Im left at a blank purple screen. As well as build mode being completely empty.

    Please describe the patch or change you made. Issue appeared after the 7/26/2022 High School Never ends update. Ever since that date I've been unable to build homes or switch from live mode.

    Photos attached are screenshots of my game to briefly show what's wrong with the sims 4 on my end. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or just me. But the sims 4 is completely unplayable.

    @KayjaeBear6 Hey I'm noticing I'm have a problem too. I DON'T use mods but i'm having a problem SAVING a build. Hoping the Sims Gods are hearing us.

    Happening to me too and I took out all of my broken mods/cc. It's so frustrating
