[OPEN] 'Call Someone on the Phone' fulfilled when 'Chat with' is opened

I have noticed that the "Call Someone on the Phone" whim is fulfilled as soon as the "Chat with" dialog on the phone is opened. You don't actually need to call anyone, you get the points right away. ...
