What happens when the bug occurs? I've been working on building a new house, but i can't paint the walls, when i click on the option to, it constantly says there is "nothing to change", also, when i have tried to put windows, lights, smoke detectors, and various other items, it will not let me but them any higher than the lowest option, for example my windows and lights are on the bottom level of the wall
What do you expect to see? this fixed or my money back

Need this fixed or my money back, i can't paint, customize my house, i have been trying to restart and start the game back up but that does not seem to do the trick, please help as soon as possible, i understand the corona virus is present and may delay any bug fixes and things, but i have a remarkable laptop that i play on so i figured this must be the game faults, get back to me on here or contact me at my Gmail @[edit: email address removed] thank you and have a good day.
