[OPEN] Can’t move around with arrows

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.85.203.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but the kits and the new Wedding Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up your save and try moving the camera with the arrow keys instead of the wasd keys it will move up and down but not left to right or right to left
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens that is the point. Something should happen and its not
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the camera pan across the screen
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch you just released on the 15th or 16th of March 2022

With the latest big update on the 15th or 16th of March, the update disabled my ability to use the arrow keys. Not all of them. I can still use them to move my screen up and down but not left to right. I never got the hang of using the WADS keys.  I would appreciate someone telling me how to fix it (I checked the options and that was a no-go.) I hope it isn't something that I can't fix or that you can't fix and update quickly. It is most likely going to stop me from playing if I can't figure it out.
