Was experiencing this and it was driving me bananas.
Thing that finally worked was using a cheat to remove the buff buff_AutonomyMod_Leave which had for some reason got itself stuck onto my Sim
Hey guys I can confirm this mod worked. I had the same issue and that mod corrected the concern. Happy simming!
