[OPEN] Can't pick up Infant/ Toddler

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.assets.live-sp36.30
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Star Wars and wedding stories
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim and a toddler and try to pick them up to have the footsteps and X
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens because I can’t pick them up to do anything
What do you expect to see? My sims picking up my toddler so I can give them baths ect…
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
