I have this glitch as well. My cats are not freezing, but I seem to have permanent poop in my litter box and no options to do anything about it. I use the scoop free litter box and the laser one. This has occurred with both of them. My pets can use it fine the first 5 or so times, but after that, I cannot clean it and the cats will not use it. My only option is to add to inventory. I have just been deleting it and buying a new one, but that is super annoying.

I also do not use any mods.

I adopted mayor whiskers, he can't use the litter box. I put the file on google. Here is the link, I think.
