What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4, Sims 4 Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, Seasons, Growing Together, Toddler Stuff, Parenthood, Bowling Night, Kids Room Stuff. Movie Hangout, University, (to name a few)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? (it could be straight away or give it 1-2 week sim days) click on a pet, tap on give bath, and when they get to bath, the circle of death appears and doesn't end,
What happens when the bug occurs? When dog gets in bath, the circle keeps staying at the beginning, and it never ends when I cancel, still a smelly dog (leading to my dog running away)
What do you expect to see? When dog gets in bath, the circle should be moving, dog gets clean with no hassles
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I decided to play sims 4 again but there is a bug, When a dog gets in the bath, the circle does not move, and it never ends, I can cancel it, but still a dirty dog
It was going fine in my first save, but when I get back into the game, cleaning a dog doesn't work, leading to my dog running away, it's making me not want to play again unfortunately
anyone else having this issue? any way to solve this?
