I do not have BtD, can confirm that the upgraded vacuums from C&D do not incinerate the trash like it should. This started happening for me only recently, so I'd say similar to the previous poster and it was part of the For Rent pre-release patch. The vacuums do dock fully and have the flashing lights like it should be incinerating, but when they go out for their next auto-run, they start full instead of empty.
I forgot. I have found that using the Debug radial > Reset Item on the upgraded vacuum tends to correct this, so at least there's a bit of a workaround.
