I am having the exact same issue since I got eco lifestyle. I’ve never had any mods or cc. I have all packs. I’m on a pc. I have the most recent update that was released June 10th. I hope this gets fixed soon. Along with the other bugs I’ve reported due to eco lifestyle.

@Lyndie5708 What happens exactly in your game when you try ? Is it just that save or does it also happen if you try a fresh one for testing purposes ?

    it's the off the grid trait as soon as i took it off i can adopt again

      I can duplicate it as well off grid.

        @crinrict Turning off the off the grid challenge does not work for me. Even turning it off, going into manage worlds, and coming back didn't work. Even turned it off and restarted the game. I ended up just cheating a dog in lol Wanted to comment though so people/the team knows it doesn't always work.
