How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Dlc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a cat, a dog or a horse in a household with a teen sim and a curfew set. Have the sim be on a public lot just before the time of the curfew (leave pet at home).
What happens when the bug occurs? The pet will phone the sim about the curfew when the time of the curfew approaches.
What do you expect to see? Only humans to phone sim about curfew.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Pets shouldn't have phones. Happens with Cats, Dogs and Horses.

Thanks!id be happy to share my save file, though I’m not sure if that will be all that helpful since I can replicate this issue on any save, new or old.
For me to have this issue occur in any save you only need an adult sim (parent), a teenager and a pet (either cat, dog, or horse) - issue happens with any pet.
First, using the parenthood board, create a curfew time and have the teenager travel to a different lot (leave the pet at home)
About an hour before the set curfew time, while the teenager is away (and you are playing as them) the pet (cat, dog or horse) will phone the sim and remind them about curfew. The parent also has a chance to phone the sim, but the issue is that this happens with the pets.
