I think I figured it out. What you have to do to get it to have it return to dock is to move the actual dock to a different location while the vacuum is in progress cleaning, then it will return on its own. Yes it's annoying having to move it but it's better than having it stuck somewhere
is EA ever going to fix this or they going to just keep releasing half finished content that keeps being broken. i dont get why this game is so popular yet the support is so crap. they dont even care to fix basic bugs that have been around for 2 years.
Notice that only one EA rep responded? At the very beginning. Then nothing. They just don’t care. It’s stuck for me too. They tell you “put it in a fresh house and try that.” But what they are really saying is “Don’t make more work for us! Deal with it!” So many bugs long after release. This is pure laziness on EA’s part. Absolute laziness. They are making money off the new packs and that’s all they want. They don’t want to fix anything.
