I have this problem too.
Language is Japanese, Game version is 1.72.28.1030.
I have a NVIDIA card (GeForce GTX 1050 Ti), and antialiasing fix turned on in NVIDIA Inspector.
I hope this problem will be solved.
I'm sorry about my poor English.
