What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own and play with all add-ons except these kits: grunge revival, sentiments collection (the under war one), pastel pop, first fits, industrial loft kit, Incheon arrivals, bust the dust, carnival streetwear, fashion street, modern menswear.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to feed stray cats and dogs.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stray cats and dogs won't eat or use the litter box
What do you expect to see? Stray cats and dogs to be able to eat and not starve.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
