Same. I have not been playing for quite some time and several dlc, but installed the game again with the horses and the strays are fully broken.

Strays do not eat. Or use the litter boxes or the scratch posts. They just walk around, sleep and starve. Its really sad. 

I have no Custom content or mods. 

Updated to the latest patch.
