[OPEN] [CHEATS] Counters cannot be resized

I am currently having this problem. it is only with counters, nothing else though which makes this really annoying when trying to do a sort of custom desk with island counters. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Uninstalling all packs and reinstalling them again. I don't use mods or custom content. And this also started happening while I was playing last night. I was in build mod in my game, connected to the gallery. I was able to resize counters just fine. Then while still in build mode I was not able to resize a counter which I had just had at the smallest size but moved it and it went back to it's default size.
