[ARCHIVED] Child missing new two tone hairstyle from Apr 2/24 SDX

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? PC: 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but the Modern Menswear Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and look at a female child sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? The new two tone bun hair style (version of an existing hair style) isn't available for child sims (it defaults for females, but even with no gender specified, it still doesn't show up).
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the new version of the bun hair style for children too, especially since toddlers have it and children have other two tone/ombre hair options.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Note I grabbed an existing family from my library to check the hairstyles.

Here's the original version of the bun hair style on a child:

Here it is the new version on a toddler, you can also see the original version in the hair style swatches showing here.

The new version is also available for teens and up. 

Please note that I moved my mods folder out and deleted my localthumbcache to confirm it happened even with my mods out.
