[OPEN] Child/Toddler Hair Color Changing by Ghost Hand

It happens with me and the new black hair swatch as well on my toddler. Im glad I'm not the only one. I thought it was something wrong with my game even though I was just using base game hair.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS and create a child sim. Pick a hairstyle and choose a haircolor. Try to switch between outfit categories.
What happens when the bug occurs? The childs hair changes color everytime in switching outfit categories.
What do you expect to see? I expect the haircolor that I picked to stay the same while switching outfit categories.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've been having this bug for a loongg time. When I go into CAS and I switch between the outfit categories of my child sims, their hair color seems to change. I have a feeling it always reverts back to black, but I've also seen it change to red. When I change it to the color I want before exiting CAS it will stay the right color, but there were one or two instances where it even changed after exiting CAS. I also once had a teenager who appeared to have pink eyebrows in game, but when opening CAS would show normal colored eyebrows (matched to hair). 

There is another topic already made on this, but it's from 2018 and it says it has been fixed so I thought I'd just make a new topic.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set a female child/toddler sim to have dark brown hair, then switch outfits either in CAS or live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim's hair color changes without player changing it
What do you expect to see? The hair to stay the color I made it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I set sims (primarily toddler/child females) to have the darkest shade of brown hair, but when they change outfits in both live mode and CAS their hair will switch to the next shade lighter. This happens with CC and base game hair, with and without mods. It's very annoying, as it sometimes takes me swapping to a whole new color in CAS to get it back to the correct dark brown. I will switch from everyday to athletic, for example, and now the hair is the wrong shade in every category. Both shades are pictured below on a sim with CC hair, but again it will happen on BG hair, too. It does not happen every time I switch outfits, but it will happen at least once every time I play the game.
