[OPEN] [CL] Bubble blower stretches instead of animations

I'm also having this problem. I don't think it's CC related because I've had my CC packed Sims use this thing before and have had no issues with it playing the animation properly, now it stretches instead of moving fluidly.

I will say though, I haven't played with a household that had one of these things in roughly 3 years, but I am aware this stretching animation for the tube isn't normal.
