[OPEN] [CL] Can't Paint Rooftiles in Certain Apartments in San Myshuno

Found a little workaround: Upload your apartment to your library (remove all the walls were doors are so it becomes a single room), bulldoze the entire and lot place your apartment, add the missing walls and you should be able to paint the ceilings or atleast this worked for me.
