Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a trade in the spice market district. When opening the trade you will notice that there will be no merchant stalls. If you have any tent at the time you placed the commercial lot and opened it, this tent will remain during its time, but when you change the time to another tent, unfortunately it will not appear anymore. The same situation holds for festivals.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stalls in San Myshuno neighborhood do not appear when there is an open store.
What do you expect to see? I hope it will allow businesses to open up in the San Myshuno neighborhoods and not interfere with the generation of stalls and festivals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
