[OPEN] [CL] [DU] Missing structure/Floating lots after bulldozing

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famouse, Island Living, Discover University, Get Together, Snowy Escape, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, StrangerVille, Jungle Adventure, Star Wars, Moschino, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Cool Kitchen, Backyard Stuff, First Pet, Perfect Patio, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Spooky Stuff, Luxury Party, Paranormal Stuff, Kids Room, Poolside Splash, Simtimates, Desert Luxe, Blooming Rooms

What happens when the bug occurs? Whatever is built on the 1 Torendi Tower Penthouse floats
What do you expect to see? should not be floating
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Changed to a Shell build, encountered op generation failed. Bulldozed the lot and used another build from gallery but now it floats. Anything I put after just floats now.

    I’m trying to add a lot from the gallery for the torendi tower penthouse (never used this lot before) and the whole damn lot is floating??? I tried to bull doze nothing new gallery lot nothing it’s so weird I can’t edit anything it’s like the lot is detached from the actual lot and just floating in the air I’m so confused

    On the university housing lot Tidal Towers I placed a renovation lot from the gallery with move objects on. When I did this, the bottom part of the tower disappeared and my sim is no longer able to enter the lot. I was  able to recreate the glitch on another save but also found that if move objects was turned off the glitch did not happen. After the bottom of the tower is gone thought, replacing the lot again with the cheat off does not fix  it. Is there a way I could fix this or reverse it?

    I just tried it. Sadly it didn’t work. I was wondering if there was the debug object for the tower bottom somewhere that I could place on the lot.
