@wtfjade what kind of mods are you using ? Are you using TOOL ?

    nope not using TOOL. just some clothes for sims mods nothing else

      @wtfjade What do you mean by changed to a shell build ?

      Does it happen just on this save ?

        ah, i meant that i replaced the build on the lot. i tried a new game and the lot worked fine even after bulldozing it.

        i saved the torendi lot from a new game in my gallery and tried to put on this floating one but the glitch didnt go away
