@crinrict I think there's something glitchy about San Myshuno now post update... I tried on another penthouse and bulldozed it and I lost everything underneath it.
I just bulldozed the dorms in DU made them Residential/Penthouses on the tech side. I made them into 3 stories high apartments on both buildings, not with the new pack but with locked door mod from Littlemssams. I have not updated my game nor did I buy the new rent pack. No problem whatsoever like you have. I've have done that since DU came out and have changed the penthouse in CL turned it into a nightclub by bulldozing with no such problems. That leaves the new patch and pack at fault. Here the problem they broke
the apartment coding back with High School and never fixed it.( Apts wall are chopped up in cutaway view horrible to the point you see outside the apartment building from the inside, everywhere a wall joins it messed up, door do not go down.i hear now windows don't go down when they should in certain CL and ECO apts. I believe that they use parts of Eco Life's world map for the High school world and screw something up with the apartments, instead of making an extra lot replacing one of many deco builds into a apartment, just make a little flat. The walls and doors in cutaway view have been broken since. Now they made a pack centering around the broken apartment coding and broken it even more. The apartment in the new pack walls and doors are also broken. The apartment coding doesn't allow changing lots, people are having problems from the new pack with that, nor building outside certain areas. Everyone though it was a new feature that in CL and ECO apartments you can change windows and outside the building. So here what you got with such a screw up. They have totally destroyed CL also adding injury to ECO and DU. They need to hire a coder that can fix the mess they got going. Even if it means making different coding for the apartments in For Rent and fix the apartments that have been broken for over a year. I'm staying away from the patch unless I have to repair my game for some reason and not buying that messed up new pack
