How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020 (latest dec 2023 patch)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except for werewolves, horse ranch & for rent.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bulldoze the San Myshuno Torendi tower penthouse... Camera gets stuck below the lot view. & placing a new lot makes the lot float above the designated spot. I took out/disabled cc & it's still stuck. Not really sure if it's related to the latest patch as I just started playing sims again since quite a while, right as the patch came out. I don't have for rent (yet lol).
What happens when the bug occurs? When I bulldoze Torendi penthouse the camera gets stuck below where its supposed to be no matter how many times I push the floor up button or scroll out it doesn't work, it's still stuck. & also when I place a new lot from gallery to see if it resets it the penthouse is floating above the lot like in the sky Lol. This lot is basically unusable & repairing game doesn't fix it either. I only have clothing cc & some décor but both the lot I bulldozed & any new lots I put don't have any cc. It's ones I get from the gallery with no cc. I disabled cc & it still has this problem.
What do you expect to see? The camera working normal where I can edit/build on the Torendi penthouse lot.

Idk if the video uploaded properly. I added some images. That's where it's stuck/wont go above. The other pic. is if I place a lot from gallery to see if it resets the camera & it's like a floating island Lol. This is with or without cc.
