Recently, I downloaded a penthouse build from the Gallery and placed it onto the Stargazer Lounge lot in my game. However, upon doing so, I've encountered a critical problem: the entire lot is floating in the air, and the structural elements underneath are missing. This has rendered the lot unusable, and I'm unable to build or make any modifications.
At first, I didn't have the problem until I bulldozed the lot. Before it was saying "OP Generation Failed" and I was unable to paint any of the walls. Frustrated, I bulldozed the lot, and the building has been missing ever since.
I've had some sims travel to the lot to make sure it wasn't just a build mode glitch, but they spawn right on the floating part while the bottom half is still missing.
I've tried troubleshooting on my own, such as repairing the game through the app, and restarting my computer, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this? I've seen other people with the problem, but no one has given a clear fix. I'm quite attached to this save file, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance anyone can provide.
this is exactly what is happening to me! I downloaded a renovation for stargazer lounge in the gallery and now it is floating. Now the lounge is empty every time I go there ☹️
