Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you go to the FountainView Penthouse, Torendi Tower Penthouse, or the Stargazer Lounge located in San Myshuno and try to replace the lots with builds from the gallery after two attempts it bugs out.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I bulldoze the lot it works as it should and when I go to place a build from the gallery the first time it works as it should, it's when I go to replace it the 2nd time where it bugs out and deletes the entire apartment building, including the shell where it leaves a floating lot in the air. It even has all the furniture and walls floating where it shouldn't be.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the apartment building shell where it's supposed to be, and the lot sitting the build that I got from the gallery where it should be, including all it's furniture and walls.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This started after the for rent patch update/release.
I've been so confused as to why this is happening and I decided to ask here because I've yet to see someone with my exact problem. I already tested it without my mods/cc and the problem persisted.
This issue is not listed as addressed in the latest update/fix. It has broken the game. Contacting EA support directly seems to be non existent. Hoping the powers that be are aware of this issue and are working on it, but it has been over a month.
