I can't seem to access the jasmine Suites building. The lot is completely missing from the game. I tried to remove all my mods, and still nothing. I repaired the game and still nothing. The only thing I see is that it is there when I go back to my old saves, but I want to lose my main characters I spent a lot of time working on. Someone help please!!! Thank you in advance.
As far as I know, there is nothing you can do to get the building and apartments back. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you'll have to start a new save if you want it back. You can save all your households in this one by going to Manage Households, open each household and save it to your library. Then you can start a new save and load them in. They'll be the same as they were in the older save except, they'll lose any relationships outside the household.
You can also save their lots by saving those to your library. You will lose anything in containers - fridge, storage chests, flower bench, DU chests. But you can save those items by laying it all out on the floors in live mode. An empty basement where you can have one is really good for that so you might want to add them to some of the lots if you don't already have them to give you the space to lay things out. Once you've got that done, exit to the map and enter the lot again in build mode from the map. Then save the lot to your library. Saving the lots are the only way you'll be able to keep the personal things sims earn or make like diplomas, paintings, photos, high school club, drama club, accolade awards, and career awards, etc. And you won't have to start your gardens over either. If you have For Rent, you will also need to move out any tenants and have the landlord sell the building before saving it to your library.
Once you've got all that you want to save done, just exit the game or exit to the Main Menu depending on whether you want to just make a new save in the same user folder where the old one is or create a new save in a new user folder. Your choice.
