[OPEN] [CL] Sim can't enter apartment

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Patio; Glamour; City Living; Strangerville
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to Call To Meal while guests are outside of apartment. They cannot enter.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim reacts as as if there is no available path to the food.
What do you expect to see? I expect the others Sims to walk to the food
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Attached is an image of the "Call To Meal" error. Also note that though two random Sims entered the apartment, they quickly left and now no one has entered the apartment but my Sim.
