[OPEN] [CL] Sims dying in apartment causes urn gets stuck off lot/in hallway

@thiagodcf Anything off your lot will be unable to be collected or dragged into your inventory and that's pretty normal! so DW too much. And Urn ends up off lot hmm. Sounds tricky... You probably died too close to the edge of the apartment tower then it spawns outside which is downstairs. It still should be collectable; I went onto a dead townie's lot after hearing that they're dead and I took their urn (to make a cemetery) by making the sim manually put it in their inventory.
