I found my male sim who went on a walk with his dog, suddenly in his swim wear and freezing to death..... there wasn't any water nearby as far as I know and if it's that cold, I highly doubt they would go in. Sent my female sim out with another dog. She was wearing outer wear, but sure enough at some point during the walk she stopped briefly (see red circle in pic), and before continuing on the walk she suddenly changed into swim wear by herself. So peculiar!!! I really hope this outerwear and also this issue will be fixed.
This is after installing Cottage Living, and the lot is 14 Nettle Lane.
They do it also when they go jogging. After exercise they stand and freeze to death while watching a performance, or while ordering food at market stalls, or while playing basketball in San Mishuno, or they decide to play chess while happily freezing to death. No capacity to change into winter clothes, and not even to react and go inside when they are dying. Like I said, the only way to prevent this to turn off weather effects on Sims.
i just started having this issue - but haven't played in Henford on Bagley for some time. Send sim out jogging with dog, gets away from the house in athletic outfit, but switches to swimwear and goes off. Then if it cold, starts freezing to death. Is EA games telling us not to exercise in cold weather lest we freeze to death, or is there some other subliminal message about working out jogging in sweimwear?
