[OPEN] [CoL] Prairie grass options showing without owning horse ranch

Feed prairie grass is coming up as a greyed out option when I go to interact with cows in cottage living BUT I do not own horse ranch at all. 

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? every time interacting with a cow and or possibly llama
What is your current game version number? no idea but the latest patch as of 2/10/23
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? No horse ranch - all other expansions, no batuu - all other gamepacks, not fitness stuff, no my pets stuff bull all the other stuff packs including chef hustle, no kits except bust the dust and desert luxe. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play without horse ranch and feed a cow (and I think the llama as well)
What happens when the bug occurs? When clicking a cow to interact there is menu option greyed out to feed prairie grass - obviously there is no prairie grass available if I do not own horse ranch - which I don't.
What do you expect to see? I don't expect to see the option at all unless I own the horse ranch pack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? not relevant as the mods I use aren't giving me prairie grass I assure you.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Presumably the horse ranch patch.
