I can't message you for whatever reason, but here's a link to my save in which I'm having the problem shared above if it would be helpful.
I ordered grocery delivery as well as tried to use homegrown produce and none of it is recognized for making the Friendly Animal Treat. I tried switching out the fridge as well, it wasn't successful. I did have a small handful of mods when this happened, but removed them all and the bug persists.
