[OPEN] [CoL] Unable to Create Animal Treats

I have encountered something similar. For a while, it worked fine, and then my sim was unable to create a Friendly animal treat. Tried all sizes, clicking on the fridge the coop, or the shed. The option is there, and the ingredients are listed, not grey, but the sim is not doing anything, the command does not come up in their action queue at all. What changed: I have put down a wishing well from Romantic Garden Stuff, I adopted a mini sheep, and I bought the Kitchen Mixer to prep ingredients. I already had Simple Living active, and also used Prepped Ingredients on the fridge.  
I had problems with the Party, Friendly, and Healthy Treat. All these mentioned Fruit or Berry as an ingredient. I tested a couple of scenarios (Turned off simple living, turned off prepped ingredients, even deleted the mixer, and threw away all Prepped veg/meat/dough from the fridge. I also ordered oversized crops of aubergine, pumpkin, and fish to be able to test the other treats (I did not order any generic vegetables or fruit).

The Friendly Treat got fixed, once I pulled a small amount of carrots from the fridge into my sim inventory. They did not use the carrot to make the treat...
The Party Treat got fixed, once I pulled a small amount of blackberry from the fridge into my sim inventory. They did use the blackberries. 

After that, The Healthy Treat worked as well. 

Even after I switched back to Simple Living, bought a new mixer, put the prepped vegetables back in the fridge, AND moved the berries and carrots back in the fridge, my sim was happily creating Friendly treats. I do not know, what did break it originally but adding fresh fruit and vegetables into my sim inventory somehow did reset their ability to make these recipes. It might work with the honey as well.
