Ive put a link to a save I have with the same issue via google drive. its extremely annoying, my child sim can't even go to School without getting fear of dark after I JUST cured it! Not to mention my adult sims are constantly getting fear of death, unfulfilled dreams, etc. Ive tried clearing my caches, fixing the game and have 0 mods.

It's not constant but, It seems like when I get any fears it's always a fear of death or not fulfilling their dreams. Last night all four of my sims got the not fulfilling their dreams fear at the same time. I believe two of my sims are at or near the tops of their careers too.
What dreams? I haven't seen anything for knowing what their dreams are.
I have never received a want of any kind or any other fears since this feature was added.
I use mods so I remove these when they appear with the UI mod. Otherwise I probably would never be able to play because all of my sims get the same fears.
I also turned this feature off in options, but it still comes up like it was never turned off.
@simgirl542Fear of unfulfilled dreams happens if you go too long without fulfilling a whim want. Though it certainly seems like "too long" is actually set to something like "1 day."
