I used the cheat bb.enablefreebuild and made room for the stuck client to come out and then fixed the space back after. Hope this helps

What is your current game version number? Not sure where to find it - it's the most up to date version as I keep up with the updates through Origin.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pets, Decorator
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a decorator gig.
What happens when the bug occurs? When one or more household members are ready to discuss their final verdict of the completed decorator gig. I've tried exiting the game and going back which worked once but now it's not working so I can't complete the gig.
What do you expect to see? The household member/client is stuck in an area my sim can't access - for example on the roof.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
