[OPEN] [DHD] Client was happy, Sim still not paid & reputation dropped

I played this pack for the first time today. My sim did the reveal and got all 5 house members approval and I didn't get paid. I thought maybe I forgot to negotiate a price in a chat option or something. But if payment is supposed to be automatic upon completion and approval then something is bugged. 

I see someone mentioned not doing the reveal to get paid. I did get an option to show the work to them myself--which is what I chose over the other option which I guess is to stand on the sidewalk while they go inside without me? Not sure but I'll try to other option and see if I get paid. 

This is still happening to me two years later. I tried 3 gigs in a row and it's so buggy I haven't gotten paid for any of the three. I think I got negative moodlets on the first one, but the two after I got hhappy moodlets and matched everything for everyone. I don't even understand why it would be 'it's not what we wanted, but blah blah blah'. Especially since early on it just says 'room reno' where I remember during launch having trouble figuring out which room they even wanted renovated. And the 'reveal' used to happen in a whole different room than the one I did. 

But like, I just want to play the pack I bought. I love the mechanic of this. I like incorporating renovating the base game houses especially.

I don't know what file to share to get help. Been doing job as decorator and not getting paid. Sometimes having to delete the job because it won't let me leave

I don't have a save to share because I use mods but this is happening for me also - I have tried removing all mods, and it actually made things worse (the reveal was working but it now doesn't and the gig just never ends to the point of me having to cancel it myself and go home). It is super frustrating - this is one of the main features of the game (building) and the events never work.

Just had this happen to me while playing on Xbox. Reno's the Pleasant Household they were both incredibly happy and I didn't get paid. My Sim also could not leave even though the job was completed.

I am still having this issue on almost every job i take.

Can you please help me? It is my favorite part in the game but so frustrating...

I tried to send you the log files, but when i click the send message button an error occurs, saying that i`m not logged in, altho i am.

Is there any other way to send you the files?

I am not using mods.
