[OPEN] Doors/Windows sometimes won't place

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current expansions apart from island living Journey to batuu, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a room, try to place a door on every possible part of the wall in the room (Windows and Dine Out wall kitchens also have the bug)
What happens when the bug occurs? An error says "Can't Intercept Wall"
What do you expect to see? A door being placed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
