[OPEN] [DU] Organization events not taking place

@crinrict I don't have the seasons package, so no holidays going on. I only have DU and IL package installed. A bit more information:
- My sim is already in Foxbury Spirit Organisation
- The Friday quad event seems fine
- The pub event seems to go missing after first / second term
- The school spirit also goes missing after first / second term

- I could see the robot event happening in Foxbury
- I could see the drama & debate club happening in BritesU
- I could see the art organisation happening in BritesU

Just an idea if the bugs related to those I met in the original Foxbury spirit team got graduated? There's seems to be a related thread on this back when DU released last November (but should have been fixed) - but then it seems it's now happening again

There was this error: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-DU-Error-109-1bfa931d-Loading-Bot-event-fails/m-p/8436425 but that was actually throwing error codes and you couldn't play at all.

There is another new thread in tech with an error code

Tagging @leahorr again to see which events don't work for them.

    @crinrict  yes I saw all those threads, but the strange thing is I have no error code prompt.  What do you suggest me to do?

    @kybie26 Basically, the secret society is a known issue still going on. So maybe add your voice there.

    As for the pub events, can you send me your save ? Instructions in my signature.

    Hey! I'm playing Discover University right now and only the Brainiacs events actually occur. Has this issue been resolved or has there still been no word?

    This happened to me for the first time playing a few days ago in my second week/term. I noticed that my Soccer team member SIM wasn't seeing any other events firing. I quit the soccer team and tried to attend a Debate team meeting and no one was there in the UBrite Commons. No spirit squad events on the quad either. No art group events. 

    The only thing that occurred this play through that was different than any others was that the end of the "term" fired just as I was transitioning from UBrite Commons back to my dorm, and it said I had not re-registered so had "quit the soccer team". I went back to a previous save and played through again, making sure I wasn't transitioning at 6 p.m. game time and thought all would be well. It was as far as I could tell as I re-registered and was still on the team, but then I noticed the organizations weren't meeting.

    I do have mods in but none that I haven't used before and I've never had this despite playing through DU to graduation successful on five other Sims...
